Customer Service Representative - Full Time Maternity Leave Replacement

For over 35 years, J. Wright Sales Ltd., has been proudly serving Atlantic Canada representing well respected and world-renowned manufacturers in the plumbing industry. At our Fredericton Head Office, we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide outstanding customer service to both our manufacturers and customers through
all means of communication. High quality of service is essential when answering customer
calls and communication through email to assist our clients and help find solutions.
· Occasional interaction with our customers in person is required.
· Primary focus on ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately.
· Work closely with our manufactures to help our customers.
· Identify new opportunities within key customers for revenue growth.
· Promote customer loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building.

Qualifications:

· Strong technical aptitude, along with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to
include: Word, Outlook and Excel.
· Able to excel working independently, in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail orientated, multitasking, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written, to develop a strong
rapport.
· Strong customer focused personality.
· Analytical and problem resolution skills.
· Demonstrates strong level of accountability and ownership.
